Mycket \u00e4r samma som tidigare, men den l\u00e4gre flimmernoggrannheten F3 \u00e4r inte l\u00e4ngre till\u00e5ten. Endast flimmernoggrannhet F1 accepteras. F\u00f6r Unipower instrument inneb\u00e4r detta ingen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, eftersom dessa alltid har uppfyllt den h\u00f6gre noggrannhetsklassen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den andra och \u00e4nnu viktigare f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen \u00e4r det nya kravet p\u00e5 flaggning av data. Fr\u00e5n och med nu ska instrument inte bara flagga data n\u00e4r en st\u00f6rning intr\u00e4ffar. Flaggningen m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 definiera om den orsakas av en sp\u00e4nningss\u00e4nkning, sp\u00e4nnings\u00f6kning eller avbrott. Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r detta viktigt? Jo, det beror p\u00e5 att de flesta internationella normer, s\u00e5som EN50160 och nationella anpassningar (som tex svenska EIFS), analyserar data under normala driftsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Det inneb\u00e4r att flaggade data som orsakats av sp\u00e4nningsfall och sp\u00e4nnings\u00f6kningar alltid ska ing\u00e5 i utv\u00e4rderingen, medan data fr\u00e5n avbrott ska uteslutas. Detta beror p\u00e5 att tex \u00f6vertonerna blir j\u00e4tteh\u00f6ga n\u00e4r grundtonen sjunker till n\u00e4ra noll \u2013 avbrottsdata \u00e4r irrelevant.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom finns det ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i definitionerna av snabba sp\u00e4nningsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar (RVC) och sp\u00e4nningsfall\/sp\u00e4nnings\u00f6kningar (polyfasdips).<\/p>\n<p>Vill du veta mer om Edition 4?
